Our mobile service

CARWASH MASTERS provides detailing at customers’ homes, offices and other approved locations within our Lagos service area. Our administrative office is not a drive-in car wash. Location suitability, access and any travel arrangements are confirmed with you before the appointment.

Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting the form sends a request for your chosen package and preferred appointment. A booking reference acknowledges receipt; the appointment remains pending until our team confirms it. Please provide accurate contact, vehicle and address details so we can reach you.

Available times are shown in Lagos time. Unexpected weather, access problems or circumstances affecting safe work may require rescheduling. We will discuss changes with you using the contact details supplied.

Prices and payment

Package prices are displayed in Nigerian naira and depend on vehicle type. Saloon Car has one price; SUV, Van and Truck share the larger-vehicle price. Optional extras are added to the total. Leather seat or door panel spraying is charged per selected seat or panel.

No payment is collected by the booking form. We confirm payment arrangements with you directly. If vehicle condition or requested work falls outside the selected package, we explain the scope and any proposed price change and seek your agreement before doing additional chargeable work.

Preparing for the visit

Provide a safe, suitable and authorised working space, and tell us about parking restrictions, estate access requirements or other limitations. Ask us in advance about water, electricity, shelter and space requirements for your selected treatment. Remove personal valuables and tell us about damaged, repaired, loose or sensitive vehicle parts.

Please ensure you are entitled to authorise work on the vehicle. We may postpone or decline work where the space or vehicle condition makes the selected service unsuitable.

Scope and realistic results

Each package page explains its included work. Results depend on the existing condition, material, previous repairs and depth of damage. Stains, scratches and defects cannot always be removed. Buffing and paint correction involve assessment; sanding is undertaken only where appropriate. Seat removal depends on safe suitability and the vehicle’s systems.

Ceramic or graphene protection can improve gloss and water behaviour and help protect against environmental contamination. It does not make paint scratch-proof, maintenance-free or immune to damage. Follow the aftercare and curing guidance supplied for the treatment used.

Changes, cancellations and access

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. We will discuss available alternatives. Any specific cancellation or deposit terms must be communicated and agreed before payment or confirmation; no automatic cancellation fee is imposed by this website.

If the team cannot access the vehicle at the agreed time, contact us to arrange next steps. We may need to release or reschedule the appointment.

Inspection and concerns

Where possible, review the vehicle with our team before and after the service. Tell us promptly about any concern, with the booking reference and relevant information, so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Illustrative imagery is used to explain services and does not represent a specific customer result unless identified as such. Package descriptions help you choose care; suitability is discussed with you. Customer photographs or feedback are not published as endorsements without appropriate permission.
